We've had issues with our commercial walk-in on and off and have had three different technicians out multiple times to figure out the problem. None of which were able to truly fix and had some wild advice. Russ and Hunter came out, determined the problem, we acquired the part from the manufacturer and Hunter came out the next day to fix it. Hunter was professional and friendly and took his time to make sure the cooler was maintaining temp and also to explain how everything worked to me. It's only been 3 days but so far the walk-in has been working like an absolute dream. So satisfied with the service provided and we will definitely be calling again and again.

Highly Recommend! I needed help with my walk-in freezer, to repair a chronic issue.
